These Terms govern the use of the WHY ME? platform by candidates and companies.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. The platform
WHY ME? connects candidates and companies through OCEAN personality matching. Companies post jobs; candidates take the AI interview that builds their profile; the system computes compatibility and enables the direct contract invitation.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. Using the platform for discriminatory or unlawful purposes is prohibited.
4. Matching and invitations
The compatibility score is a decision-support tool, not a hiring guarantee. The contract invitation and its acceptance are expressions of interest between the parties; the actual contractual relationship is agreed directly between company and candidate.
5. Limitation of liability
WHY ME? is not responsible for hiring decisions nor for the conduct of companies or candidates outside the platform. The service is provided “as is”.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after an update implies acceptance.
